ZGC participates in the different stages of the gold value chain and includes gold exploration, mine development, production, processing, and marketing of gold within Zambia and to foreign countries.
ZGC currently holds exploration licences in Kasenseli Area of Mwinilunga District where the company has been undertaking
extensive exploration drilling and further development of the license area. Currently mining and processing eluvial/near-surface gold material, ZGC is also involved in purchasing gold from artisanal and small-scale miners, and is in the process of training gold mining cooperatives in various parts of the country in mechanised responsible mining and processing methods in line with Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
